You may request at any time that we delete the personal data the Nido platform has processed about you (contact data, conversation history and the commercial data you shared). There are two paths:
Option A — By email (any channel)
- Write to Management@bepelican.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
- Tell us the channel you used to contact us (Instagram, WhatsApp or email) and the username or number you wrote from, so we can locate your information.
- We will confirm the deletion within the legal terms (maximum 15 business days). We will only keep what a legal or contractual obligation requires us to retain, and we will tell you what that is.
Option B — From Facebook or Instagram
If you interacted with us through a Meta app and want to request deletion from there:
- In Facebook/Instagram go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
- Find the app of the business you talked to, select it and choose Remove.
- Meta will automatically send our platform your data deletion request (data deletion callback). We will process it and you can check its status with the confirmation code Meta shows you.
What we delete
- Your contact record in the CRM (name/alias, channel identifiers, phone, email).
- The message history of your conversations with channels served by the platform.
- The commercial-intent data you shared (destinations, dates, budget, etc.).
Aggregate, anonymous metrics (which cannot identify you) are not personal data and may be retained.
